Terms of Service – Users

BLISSER – TERMS OF SERVICE (USERS)

This document is an electronic record governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.

By using the Blisser mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. About the Platform

  • Blisser enables users to discover nearby stores, offers, deals, and cashback programs.
  • Blisser is not an e-commerce, order-delivery, or payment settlement service.
  • All purchases and payments occur solely between users and partner stores.
  • Blisser provides a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older, or use the Platform under guardian supervision.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information.
  • You are responsible for all actions under your account.

3. Account and Security

  • Some features require account creation.
  • You must keep login credentials and OTPs confidential.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately to mailus@blisser.online.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Impersonate others or provide fake information.

Blisser may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Offers, Cashback, Rewards and Referral Programs

  • Stores may provide offers and cashback.
  • Cashback is funded by stores or vendors, not by Blisser.
  • Referral and affiliate programs are displayed within the app.
  • Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

6. Store Information and Third-Party Content

Store details including discounts, prices, service quality, and product availability are provided by stores. Blisser does not guarantee accuracy. Users must verify details directly with stores.

Blisser is not responsible for:

Product or service quality
Price or stock differences
Store employee behaviour
Disputes arising from dealings

7. Payment, Subscription and Refunds

  • User subscription plans, if any, are digital and non-refundable once activated.
  • Refunds are only considered if activation fails due to a technical issue.
  • Cashback and rewards are not refundable or convertible into cash, except as defined in the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by Blisser or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

If you upload information, reviews, or feedback, you grant Blisser a license to display, share, or use that content for Platform operations. You are solely responsible for your uploaded content.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted functionality, or complete data accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Blisser is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Blisser is not liable for store transactions or disputes. The maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid by you to Blisser.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blisser harmless from any claims, damages, penalties, or liabilities arising from your:

  • Use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Disputes with stores
  • Misuse of cashback or referral systems

13. Suspension & Termination

Blisser may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, non-compliance, or unlawful use. You may delete your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms of Service – Vendors

BLISSER – VENDOR / MERCHANT TERMS

These Terms govern the onboarding and participation of stores and merchants ("Vendor") on the Blisser platform owned by BlissNova Private Limited ("Company"). By registering as a Vendor, you agree fully to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & KYC

  • Legally registered business
  • Valid KYC documents

2. Subscriptions

  • Monthly: ₹1,000 + GST
  • Yearly: ₹10,000 incl. GST
  • Non-refundable/Non-transferable

3. Platform Role

Blisser does not handle store sales, product management, or customer relationships. Stores are fully responsible for product pricing, authenticity, fulfilment, and compliance.

4. Cashback Handling

  • Cashback values are set by Vendors only.
  • Blisser takes no commission from store transactions.
  • Weekly settlement payments must be made within 3 working days.

5. Data Privacy Assurance

We do not collect:

Product catalog data, store sales/revenue figures, or customer records/invoices. Business data remains solely with Vendors.

6. Vendor Obligations

Provide accurate store details, ensure legal/ethical practices, fulfil cashback dues, and follow tax regulations.

7. Refund Policy (Vendors)

Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. Refunds may be issued only for technical failures or duplicate payments if raised within 7 days.

By onboarding as a Vendor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Vendor Terms of Service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to both users and vendors.

User Subscriptions

  • • Non-refundable once activated.
  • • Refundable only if activation fails (technical issue) or duplicate payment.
  • • Request within 7 days.

Vendor Subscriptions

  • • Non-refundable once activated.
  • • Refundable only for technical onboarding failure or duplicate payment.
  • • Request within 7 days.

Processing

Refunds processed within 7-15 working days to original source. Contact mailus@blisser.online.

User Subscription Terms

Applies to users purchasing services within Blisser.

  • Plans may include additional cashback or affiliate features. Pricing displayed in-app.
  • Valid from activation date. Linked to registered account (non-transferable).
  • Benefits may change based on store participation.
  • Suspension without refund in case of fraud or Terms violation.

Referral & Rewards Program

Eligibility & Fraud

Only verified users. Multiple accounts/VPNs prohibited. Blisser may withhold rewards for fake referrals or self-referrals.

Withdrawal

Earnings added to Blisser wallet or convertible as per specific campaign rules. Minimum limits apply.

No Guarantee

Participation does not guarantee earnings. Benefits depend on store participation and activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
