We collect only the information required to provide and improve our services.

  • 1.1 Personal Information: Name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, address or delivery location, referral details.
  • 1.2 Sensitive Personal Information: Payment information including UPI ID or bank account details for cashback, KYC documents if required.
  • 1.3 Usage Data: Store interactions, offer clicks, rewards history, app analytics, device identifiers.
  • 1.4 Location: Precise GPS location (with permission), approximate IP-based location.

Blisser is not intended for individuals below 18 years of age without parental consent.

9. Cookies

We use cookies/analytics to improve performance. You may disable them, but features may break.

10. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable for cashback/affiliate rewards or activated subscriptions. Technical failures will be verified for refunds.

11. Data Hosting & Transfers

Blisser uses Hostinger servers. Data may be stored in India or permitted global regions (USA, UK, Singapore, etc.). By using the Platform, you consent to allowed cross-border data transfers compliant with Indian law.

12. Compliance with DPDP Act

BlissNova Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary. We ensure consent-based processing, data minimization, breach reporting, and protection of all rights provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act). Users also hold the right to escalate issues to the Data Protection Board.

Privacy Policy – Vendors / Merchants

This Privacy Policy describes how information related to vendors and merchants onboarded on Blisser is collected, used, stored and protected. By registering as a vendor, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

Store name, business category, address, owner contact details, KYC/Business registration, bank account info, subscription billing details.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device information, IP address, login sessions, hosting logs.

C. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect product/stock data, customer-level sales data, or order/invoice information.

2. Usage & Data Sharing

We use vendor info for onboarding, billing, cashback reconciliation, and fraud prevention. We do not use Vendor data for marketing or selling purposes.

We do not share Vendor information with other vendors, competitors or advertisers. Sharing is limited to hosting providers, payment processors, and authorities where mandatory.

3. Security & Retention

Encrypted transmission and secure infrastructure. Vendor info retained while account is active and for compliance.

4. Vendor Rights

Access to information, request correction, account deletion (subject to legal requirements), and withdrawal of permissions.

5. Cashback & Refund Policy

  • Cashback values are set by vendors.
  • Weekly settlement must be completed within 3 working days.
  • Only verified cashback details are stored; we do not track store sales.
  • Vendor subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. Refund requests for duplicate payments must be raised within 7 days.

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued usage after update signifies acceptance.
