1. Who we’re looking for
We are always on the lookout for exceptional people to join Blisser, no matter their experience or background. If you’re passionate about what we’re building, we’ll find a place for you.
We create opportunities around great people, not the other way around. When we meet a potential team member, we ask ourselves:
- Are they smarter than us?
- Are they more ambitious than us?
- Do they take full ownership of their lives?
- Are they comfortable saying, “I don’t know” and then figuring it out?
If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet.
2. How we hire
We believe the best people are usually found through other great people.
For now, we only accept applications through employee referrals. If you’re interested in joining Blisser:
- Find someone from the Blisser team who can vouch for you.
- Have an honest conversation with them about what you want to do.
- If there’s a strong mutual fit, they’ll refer you into the process.
That’s where it all starts — with real conversations and people who already live our values.
3. Life at Blisser
At Blisser, we care deeply for the people we work with. We want you to bring your full self to work, grow fast, and still have a life outside of it.
Period leave
We offer 10 days of paid period leave in a year to women and trans employees, so they can take care of their health when they need it.
Equal parental leave
Both mothers and fathers get 26 weeks of paid leave, which can be taken anytime within the first three years after their child is born.
Health & fitness
Our in-house fitness coaches and nutritionists focus on creating a healthier work environment for everyone at Blisser.
Wellness support
Blisser team members get access to professional counsellors to help them navigate challenging situations in work and life.
4. Ready to explore a role at Blisser?
If you resonate with how we think and what we’re building, start by finding someone in the Blisser team and having a real conversation with them.
We don’t run a traditional hiring pipeline. We build around great people. If you’re one of them, we’ll figure it out together.
